Little Ari had a Party!!!

We had Ari's 1st birthday party today, though is wasn't the smoothest event we've hosted. Our apartment is quite small but we have a big patio so we planned on having our 28 guests for lunch, cake and games outside. But the weather was cold and gray so that wouldn't work. We then hoped to move it to a near by restaurant but they couldn't accommodate that many people. So about 5 minutes before the party was supposed to start we decided to have it at a friend's house. We loaded up all of the gifts, cake, food and decorations and moved the party. It was a bit stressful but everything worked out great!! Fortunately everybody was really patient. :) Ari had another cup cake and seemed to enjoy it as much as the first one. Sloan made a pinata for the kids and that was definitely the highlight of the party, at least for all the children. We had a great time but now really appreciate all our parents did through the years, birthday partys can be tiring!
